 * Proven L3 production support experience (incident + RCA ownership)

 * 2 4 years experience as Technical Lead / Architect
 * Experience managing production releases & application stability
 * Strong stakeholder communication (business + technical)
 * KPI/SLAs ownership (MTTR, uptime, defect leakage)

A hands-on .NET Full Stack Architect/Lead who:

 * Builds + supports enterprise applications
 * Owns production stability end-to-end
 * Has strong SQL + API + cloud + DevOps depth
 * Has real KPI-driven production accountability
 * Can directly interact with client stakeholders
