## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong experience building Power BI solutions within manufacturing environments and integrating data from SAP and other enterprise systems to replace manual reporting processes with automated, actionable dashboards.

 * Manufacturing Reporting and Operational Analytics
 * KPI Dashboard Development
 * Data Visualization Best Practices
 * OEE Reporting and Manufacturing Metrics
 * Reliability Analytics (MTBF, MTTR)
 * Large Dataset Management
 * Excel Reporting Automation
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities

Skills:

 * SAP HANA experience
 * Power BI Service administration
 * Manufacturing Intelligence or MES experience
 * Maintenance Management Systems experience
 * Financial Reporting dashboards
 * Predictive Maintenance analytics
 * Industrial IoT (IIoT) data integration
 * Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma exposure

## Description

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience supporting manufacturing plants, industrial operations, maintenance organizations, production analytics, or operational excellence initiatives using Power BI and SAP will be highly preferred.

 * Candidates must be comfortable working directly with plant operations, engineering, and maintenance teams, A leading manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Power BI Developer to support operational reporting, manufacturing analytics, and reliability initiatives at its Mansfield, Ohio facility. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise Power BI dashboards that provide real-time visibility into manufacturing operations, quality, productivity, maintenance, financial performance, and plant reliability.
