In close partnership with product partners and UX peers, you'll contribute to cross-cutting initiatives that support both long-term direction and day-to-day decisions. * Today, the Product Designer role (S3) traditionally combines UX Strategy and UX Design. However, the new (S2) hybrid role expands those combinations to also include: * UX Strategy + UX Design (S2) * UX Content Strategy + UX Strategy (S2) * UX Design + UX Content Strategy (S2) * You don't need to be a designer to succeed in this role, but a strong strategic mindset and desire to grow are a must. * You'll work across technology, product, and UX to create cohesive, effective experiences that span all client segments, from VWS participants to self-directed client offerings.
