The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electronic hardware design, Battery Management Systems (BMS), PCB design, board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation. Strong knowledge of Altium or Mentor Graphics, communication protocols (CAN, LIN, SPI, I2C, UART), and EMI/EMC compliance is required., * Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. * Strong experience in electronic hardware design and product development. * Hands-on experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS), microcontrollers, high-speed processors, DC-DC converters, LDOs, inverters, and power semiconductor devices. * Experience with schematic design using Altium Designer or Mentor Graphics Xpedition. * Strong knowledge of PCB design guidelines, board bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation. * Experience with EMI/EMC testing, hardware qualification, and compliance standards. * Knowledge of communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, and LIN. * Experience using lab instruments such as Digital Multimeters, Oscilloscopes (CRO), Logic Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Function Generators.
