## Description

* Annahme und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungen über Telefon, E-Mail und Ticketsystem
 * Analyse und Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im 1st und 2nd Level Support - remote oder direkt vor Ort
 * Einrichtung und Pflege von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Notebooks, Druckern und mobilen Geräten inklusive Updates und Rollouts
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten in Active Directory und Microsoft 365
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten rund um Infrastruktur, Hardware oder Systemmigrationen
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen im Ticketsystem zur Sicherstellung des Wissensaustauschs
 * Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Kolleg:innen zur nachhaltigen Fehlerbehebung und Prozessoptimierung
