## Description

Manage and maintain Citrix infrastructure (CVAD / XenApp / StoreFront / Director)
Support and operate Hosted Virtual Desktop (HVD) environments
Manage enterprise printing solutions (pull printing / roaming printing / direct printing)
Handle 2nd/3rd level support and advanced troubleshooting
Participate in migration of Citrix services to cloud solutions
Support application owners in their cloud migration journey
Ensure lifecycle management, patching, and capacity management
Produce and maintain technical and user documentation
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment
