Your Role As a Lead Developer, you'll be part of a product development team consisting of five developers, a DevOps engineer, a test engineer/scrum master, a UX designer, and a product owner. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in developing the Censo platform. Our platform processes large amounts of data, which we translate into relevant insights into our clients' energy management. By contributing to this process, you'll make a meaningful impact on a greener future. As an experienced Lead Developer, you'll play a key role in developing high-quality software that optimally meets the sustainability needs of Censo clients. With your technical expertise and proactiveness, you know how to make maximum use of modern tools such as AI and coach your team to do the same. In your role as Lead Developer, you will be responsible for: * Technically leading the development team: You will be the driving force behind architectural decisions. You will collaborate with the team of .NET developers to design, develop, test, and implement a high-quality, scalable, and maintainable platform for the energy transition. * Adoption of modern tooling: You maximize the capabilities of new technology such as AI and you coach the team so the team can create maximum value for Censo customers. * Quality assurance: You will collaborate with teammembers to ensure code quality by conducting code reviews and implementing software development best practices. * Result Ownership: You are actively involved in the development, contributing ideas and helping to refine requirements so that the end result aligns with the customer's needs. * Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely withother teams within Censo to realize sustainable solutions.
