This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco), within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH, as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

 * Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital transformation projects
 * Manage project scope, timelines, budget (~€1M), and resources
 * Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, and external partners
 * Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project needs
 * Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring successful delivery outcomes
 * Ensure realization of business value (cost savings, efficiency, EBITDA impact)
