 * Mindset: Verlässlich, teamorientiert und flexibel - mit Bereitschaft, standortübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten und bei Bedarf im Service Desk zu unterstützen
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Dann werde Teil unseres Onsite IT Supports an einem unserer Standorte in Dorsten, Dortmund, Kamen, Düren, Gütersloh, Harsewinkel, Halle Landsberg, Zörbig Heideloh, Hannover oder Hamburg und gestalte den Aufbau einer modernen, internen IT-Organisation aktiv mit. Are you on it?

 * Onsite IT Support: Erste Anlaufstelle für IT-Anfragen vor Ort im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Workplace & Client Management: Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von IT-Arbeitsplätzen, Endgeräten und Peripherie
 * Störungsbehebung: Analyse und nachhaltige Lösung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen im Tagesbetrieb
 * Service Desk Unterstützung: Mitarbeit im zentralen Service Desk bei Bedarf sowie Unterstützung bei Rollouts und Standardisierungen
 * Dokumentation & Compliance: Saubere Dokumentation von Lösungen sowie Einhaltung von IT-Security- und Compliance-Vorgaben
