## Description

Zusammen mit dem Team übernehmen Sie Betreuung des Service Desk für die Gruppe und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.

 * Sie sind mit Ihrem Team unternehmensübergreifend verantwortlich für alle operativen Aufgaben des Service Desks
 * Priorisierung und Dokumentation über ein Ticketsystem
 * Analysieren von Fehlern und Einleitung der jeweiligen Maßnahmen
 * Betreuung strategischer Partner im Service Desk-Umfeld gemeinsam mit dem IT-Vendor Management
 * Unterstützung bei verschiedenen IT Projekten
