## Description

Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team unterstützen Sie weltweiten Niederlassungen und Händler bei Projekten und Troubleshooting als Hauptansprechpartner (2nd & 3rd level)

 * 2nd & 3rd Level Remote-Unterstützung
 * Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen sowie das Qualifizieren, Dokumentieren und Priorisieren von Störungsmeldungen
 * Installation und Konfiguration notwendiger Client-Server Software-Komponenten per Fernzugang
 * Dokumentation gemeldeter Probleme und Anfragen im Ticketsystem
 * Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen, Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Fachbereichen
 * Training von Partner und Niederlassungen remote und in Heidelberg
