Nice-to-haves: * Experience with Spring and/or Kotlin. * Experience with model orchestration frameworks. ## Description As an AI Developer (Backend), you work where it counts: directly on the model, not around it. Training, datasets, orchestration - what you build lands in the product every day and is used by learners and teachers in seven AI. You actively shape our AI architecture from the ground up on a modern stack (Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face), free from legacy baggage. And with flexible hours between 25 and 40 hours per week, you decide how much you work. What you'll do * You develop AI functionality at the low level: from training and data pipelines to model orchestration. * You create high-quality training datasets and build robust training pipelines. * You develop and maintain our AI API server, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability. * You integrate AI features into our in-house products, working closely with the product team. * You actively contribute to the evolution of our AI architecture and help shape technical decisions., * Purpose & Social Impact: At Seven Education, you contribute to shaping the future of education in Europe and help improve the daily work of schools.
