 * Analyse, Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Aktualisierung von Betriebssystemen und Standardsoftware
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Konfiguration von iOS- und Android-Geräten
 * Betreuung und Verwaltung von Druckern sowie Multifunktionsgeräten
 * Dokumentation von Supportfällen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem bestehenden IT-Team
