## Description

The consultant is expected to support day-to-day operational activities across multiple Workday functional areas:

 1. Workday HCM Core Support
 * Employee lifecycle support
 * Organization structures
 * Supervisory organizations
 * Security troubleshooting
 * Data corrections
 * Tenant support

 2. Business Process & Workflow Administration
 * Configure and maintain business processes
 * Workflow routing adjustments
 * Approval chain updates
 * Notification and escalation support
 * Troubleshoot process failures

 3. Compensation Support
 * Compensation plans
 * Merit processes
 * Bonus setup/support
 * Eligibility rules
 * Compensation business processes

 4. Benefits Administration
 * Benefit event troubleshooting
 * Enrollment support
 * Vendor feed support
 * Eligibility troubleshooting
 * Open enrollment support

 5. Recruiting Support
 * Job requisition workflows
 * Candidate lifecycle support
 * Recruiting BP troubleshooting
 * Interview workflow coordination
 * Offer approvals

 6. Absence Management (Minor)
 * Time off troubleshooting
 * Leave corrections
 * Basic absence configuration understanding

 7. Integrations Support (Non-Development)
 * Support existing integrations
 * Monitor integration failures
 * Validate inbound/outbound data
 * Coordinate with integration teams
 * Error handling and troubleshooting
 * No integration build/development expected
