The following skills and experience would be great if you have them:

 * Experience working as a Product Owner within an Agile software delivery environment.
 * Agile Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, or other relevant Agile certifications.
 * Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar product management platforms., * Due to the remote location of our UK office and requirement to be in the office 2 days per week, do you have your own transportation to be able to reliably commute to it? There are no public services available close enough to the office, so having own transportation is a must.

Licence/Certification:

 * Driving Licence (required)

## Description

* Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, ensuring alignment with the business leads objectives.
 * Work closely with stakeholders, and internal teams to gather, refine, and prioritise requirements.
 * Manage and maintain the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritised, and ready for development.
 * Act as the key decision-maker for product requirements, balancing business value, and technical constraints.
 * Collaborate with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing clarification, feedback, and acceptance of completed work.
 * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to increase value, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
 * Support release planning, stakeholder communications, and product demonstrations.
