This is an excellent opportunity for an IT support professional who enjoys delivering high-quality technical support in a collaborative and fast-paced environment., * Provide first-line technical support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices. * Manage user accounts and devices using Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, Exchange and Microsoft 365. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network connectivity issues for both office-based and remote users. * Support meeting room audio-visual technology, carrying out routine checks to ensure equipment is fully operational. * Prepare, configure and rebuild laptops and other end-user devices, while maintaining accurate equipment stock records and managing disposals. * Install and manage software packages required for business users. * Support remote access technologies, including VPN and multi-factor authentication. * Provide support for bring-your-own-device (BYOD) applications. * Manage and prioritise first-line support tickets, escalating issues where appropriate. * Administer the organisation's telephony platform, including user accounts, call groups, call routing and availability settings. * Provide remote support to colleagues across multiple locations, with occasional travel to other sites when required. * Create and maintain IT documentation, processes and procedures., At Core-Asset, we're committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
