 * Experience troubleshooting across all layers of the technology stack in an AWS-based environment.\r\n
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders in both external and internal settings.\r\n
 * Collaborative and hands-on approach to delivery with a strong focus on meeting client deadlines.\r\n
 * Confidence working with top-tier financial services institutions.\r\n
 * Demonstrated ability to work effectively with global, multi-time-zone teams.\r\n

## Description

* Drive the delivery of all technical aspects of platform implementations, including solution architecture, configuration and integration with client ecosystems.\r\n
 * Lead technical workstreams on client engagements, running workshops, preparing estimates, and managing client releases.\r\n
 * Collaborate with global product and engineering teams on feature development, configuration patterns, implementation methodology and integration best practice.\r\n
 * Manage technical sprints, including oversight of technical stories, allocation of work and proactive escalation of risks and issues.\r\n
 * Provide senior oversight of client-facing production support, including first-line triage, escalation management and communication during high-priority incidents.\r\n
 * Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and coordinate internal responses to ensure timely resolution.\r\n
 * Document configuration requirements and produce technical configuration stories.\r\n
 * Configure the platform using front-end configuration tools, JSON, HTML and Python.\r\n
 * Test configuration changes using tools such as Postman and troubleshoot defects across test and production environments.\r\n
 * Deliver executive reporting on technical service provision for each client.\r\n
 * Represent the technical function at client governance forums.\r\n
 * Collaborate with peers across global offices to maintain and enhance implementation and service management documentation and processes.\r\n
