## About the Role

Please NOTE you must have the right IT skills and the role is office based Monday to Friday! Come and join our wonderful client., Prior knowledge of Access Group Proclaim Legal case management system would be advantageous but not essential Prior experience of providing support with Office 365 including SharePoint Previous exposure of Windows 2022 RDP environment, network, active directory

Experience with Azure, Intune, Defender and Entra Previous exposure to firewalls but would beneficial Excellent time management skills and will be comfortable working under time constraints, with the ability to work accurately and to meet deadlines, Good attention to detail and an ability to prioritise work An ability to work well with a team MSP background would be advantageous but not essential.

We are seeking a highly skilled systems network administrator to provide technical support to all users Provide support for Office 365 apps Active Directory/Azure creations and changes Exchange mailbox creations and changes Zoom phone system user set up PABX phone system maintenance Proclaim case management support Maintaining Azure including Defender, Intune, Entra Monitoring and maintaining email security via Mimecast Wi-fi and LAN network support Configuration and installation of hardware and software Printer support and set up
