This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with technical leadership responsibilities, including mentoring junior and mid-level developers, reviewing code quality, and driving best engineering practices across the team., * Contribute to the development and evolution of technology strategies, roadmaps, and system reviews, while identifying and implementing innovative solutions. * Play a key role in system architecture and product design, delivering high-quality engineering solutions using C++. * Develop, test, and deploy scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring the ability to handle demanding workloads. * Collaborate closely with front-end developers and cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient APIs, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. * Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in a microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability and horizontal scaling for performance-critical services. * Conduct in-depth code reviews for junior and mid-level developers to ensure quality, performance, and maintainability. * Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to support professional growth within the team. * Establish and promote coding standards, review processes, and engineering best practices.
