## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience)
 * 2-5 years of experience in UX design, interaction design or related user experience roles
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, wireframing, prototyping and visual design capabilities
 * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or similar platforms
 * Understanding of user-centred design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices
 * Experience working in Agile or iterative development environments
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
 * Ability to work collaboratively across disciplines and manage feedback constructively

Nice-to-have:

 * Experience with user research methodologies and analytics tools
 * Knowledge of front-end development or HTML/CSS
 * Experience with design thinking workshops or service design
 * Certification in UX design or related discipline
