Personal Attributes * Strong organisational skills * Excellent communication skills * Fluent in English * Able to train others in equipment use and process techniques ## Description We are looking for a Lead Test Electronic Solutions Development Engineer to design, develop, and improve production test solutions for module, product, and high-voltage applications. This is a hands-on role where you will help ensure our products are tested safely, efficiently, and reliably before they reach customers. You will work across hardware and software test development, support manufacturing and outsourcing partners, and play a key part in solving production issues and improving test processes. This role offers the opportunity to work on safety-critical products, collaborate with teams across R&D, Industrialisation, Quality, Sourcing, and external partners, and contribute directly to product quality and manufacturing performance.
