* 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in cyber security, IT security or related roles
 * Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards and compliance (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.)
 * Practical experience with security tools, penetration testing and vulnerability assessment
 * Solid understanding of network security, endpoint security and identity management
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
 * Relevant certifications such as CEH, OSCP, CISSP, Security+ or equivalent are advantageous
