 * Le dépannage de niveau I sur les logiciels métier
 * L'accompagnement des utilisateurs sur site et par téléphone
 * L'installation, la maintenance et le dépannage de postes informatiques et des périphériques
 * La rédaction de procédures et de comptes rendus d'intervention
