Vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans minimum en Support Réseaux N3 et maîtrisez les environnements suivants :

 * Réseaux : LAN, WAN, VLAN, MPLS, VPLS

 * Protocoles de routage Dynamique : OSPF, BGP

 * WiFi d?entreprise

 * Equipements CISCO MERAKI et CICSO CATALYST

Au regard du contexte de travail, l?Anglais technique courant est requis.

Vous êtes reconnu pour votre rigueur, votre sens de l?organisation et votre bon relationnel, vous permettant de mener à bien vos sujets et de gérer des relations transversales.

## Description

Vous rejoignez l?équipe Client afin d?intervenir sur le périmètre Réseaux du site.

Vous intervenez ainsi sur les sujets suivants :

 * Traitement des incidents réseaux N3 : recherche de la source de la panne, résolution et suivi, avec les utilisateurs

 * Gestion des projets d?intégration

 * Maintien en condition opérationnelle (MCO)

 * Mise en conformité du réseau, selon les standards du Client

Vous travaillez dans un contexte européen, avec des échanges réguliers en anglais.
