## About the Role

* High school diploma.
 * Minimum of five (5) years of experience in information technology.
 * DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification.
 * Server management experience or knowledge.
 * Strong customer service skills.
 * Experience with SharePoint administration, Microsoft 365, workflow automation, and governance documentation strongly preferred.
 * Must qualify for CAC issuance and IT access and comply with DoD, DoN, NAMRU-D, cybersecurity, and OPSEC requirements.

## Description

* Manage and maintain the Command's SharePoint-based intranet in compliance with DoD, DoN, WPAFB, and command governance and security requirements.
 * Develop, implement, and maintain IT capabilities and functionalities that enhance, streamline, or automate command information management and business workflows.
 * Use approved enterprise tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related low-code/no-code applications.
 * Maintain access logs, governance reports, UAT summaries, audit trails, and current site content.
 * Coordinate with Government IT personnel and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements and security expectations.
 * Provide customer-focused support for SharePoint pages, workflows, and command information-management tools.
 * Ensure proposed functionality is subject to final Government approval before implementation
