## Description

* Diagnostiquer les pannes matérielles et logicielles sur PC, laptops et périphériques
 * Réaliser les réparations, montages et configurations sur mesure
 * Assurer le SAV et le suivi technique des dossiers clients
 * Assembler et tester les configurations sur-mesure (PC gamer, workstations...)
 * Participer à la bonne tenue de l'atelier et à la gestion des pièces détachées
 * Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour orienter les clients vers la bonne solution
