Sicherer Umgang mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Container-Technologien und modernen DevOps-Praktiken

Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Fähigkeit, Leitplanken für KI-gestützte Entwicklung zu setzen, ohne Innovationsgeschwindigkeit zu bremsen

Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Bereitschaft, neue Werkzeuge und Methoden kontinuierlich zu evaluieren und zu integrieren

Methoden & Standards: Aufbau und Etablierung von Methoden, Konventionen und Qualitätsstandards für KI-gestützte Softwareentwicklung im Unternehmen

Spec-Driven & Test-Driven Development: Definition und Pflege verbindlicher Entwicklungskonventionen für Spec-Driven Development und Test-Driven Development im Kontext von GenAI-Tools

Security & Code-Qualität: Sicherstellung, dass KI-generierter Code in Bezug auf Sicherheit, Wartbarkeit und Qualität denselben Standards entspricht wie manuell erstellter Code

Cloud-Betrieb: Verantwortung für Bereitstellung und Betrieb von Software-Tools und Projekten in Cloud-Umgebungen (GCP, Azure)
