 * Arbeitsweise & Methoden: Strukturiertes, eigenständiges Arbeiten liegt dir im Blut und du hast idealerweise Zertifizierungen in Projektmanagement (z. B. PRINCE2, Scrum, PMP o. Ä.)
 * Kommunikation & Präsentation: Du gibst Informationen adressatengerecht und präzise weiter - klar, verbindlich und auf den Punkt
 * Sprachen & Soft Skills: Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse und überzeugst durch Teamgeist, Lernbereitschaft, Neugier und Freude an Logistik- und Automatisierungsthemen

## Description

* Prozessgestaltung & Projektdurchführung: Als Teilprojektleiter:in koordinierst du End-to-End Abläufe, erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale, priorisierst Themen zusammen mit Projektleiter:innen und bringst sowohl fachliche als auch technische Perspektiven in die Lösungsentwicklung ein
 * Automatisierungs- & SAP-Integration: Du begleitest die Einführung von Automatisierungslösungen, stellst die saubere Datenübertragung zum ERP-System (SAP WM/ SAP EWM) sicher hinweg
 * Stakeholder-Kommunikation & Transparenz: Du hältst deine Stakeholder wie z.B. Logistik Engineering, Operations und Projektleitungen stets über Status, Risiken und Fortschritte informiert - klar, strukturiert und verbindlich
 * Qualität, Stabilität & kontinuierliche Optimierung: Du analysierst Systemverhalten, behebst Ursachen statt Symptome und treibst gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen Weiterentwicklungen voran, um Spitzenleistung im laufenden Betrieb sicherzustellen
