## Description

In dieser entscheidenden Rolle bist Du mit verantwortlich für die Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und Betreuung unseres ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Dabei verbinden wir klassische Verlagsprozesse mit moderner IT, Automatisierung und zunehmend auch KI-gestützten Lösungen., * Unterstützung im 1st und 2nd Level Support für Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

 * Beratung unserer Fachabteilungen bei Fragen rund um das ERP-System
 * Analyse und Behebung von Problemen der Anwender*innen
 * Mitarbeit in Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung und Einführung neuer Funktionen
 * Schrittweise Übernahme von Verantwortung in Bereichen wie:
 + Anforderungsaufnahme und Prozessanalyse
 + Schulungen für Anwender*innen
 + Begleitung von Rollouts im internationalen Umfeld
