What is your experience managing a splicing crew? * How many years of OSP Construction leadership do you have? ## Description The Construction Manager (CM) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end telecom construction projects with a strong focus on fiber construction operations and crew performance. This role ensures all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to strict quality standards, while directly managing fiber splicing crews, field supervisors, and subcontractors.
