Experience leading and developing talent development professionals required. * Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships and partner effectively with leaders at all levels. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and drive meaningful discussions. * Experience designing and delivering blended learning solutions, including digital, instructor-led, and experiential development approaches across leadership, career development, and professional skills. Familiarity with modern learning design methods (e.g., design thinking, learner-centered design) and relevant certifications preferred. * Experience leveraging learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, content management systems, virtual learning tools) to design and scale development solutions. Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning practices, including learner experience design and digital content creation. * Knowledge of current trends and best practices in leadership development, organizational development, and talent development, with the ability to translate external insights into practical, business-relevant solutions.
