Personal Attributes: * Strong analytical mindset with an eye for detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Problem-solving acumen and the ability to think creatively. * Customer-centric approach with the ability to foster meaningful relationships. Key physical and mental requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds * Ability to push or pull heavy objects using up to 50 pounds of force * Ability to sit for extended periods of time * Ability to stand for extended periods of time * Ability to use fine motor skills to operate office equipment and/or machinery * Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing * Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving * Ability to travel to multiple work sites as needed ## Description The Business Intelligence (BI) Director at Southeast Primary Care Partners plays a pivotal role in enhancing the decision-making capability of the organization through actionable insights and data-driven strategies. Responsible for leading a dedicated BI team, the manager will ensure that all reporting and analytics efforts align with organizational goals and meet the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency, while ensuring compliance and alignment with our organizational strategy/business plan. Reports directly to the COO. Requirements: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee the strategic vision for BI within the organization. Foster a data-driven culture that values insights and evidence-based decisions. * Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of BI professionals.
