A typical way to obtain the knowledge, skills and abilities would be: * Education: Bachelor's degree with major coursework in GIS, geography, cartography or related field * Experience:Four (4) years of progressively responsible GIS experience in a complex enterprise setting, with at least two (2) years at the analyst level * Licenses: Valid Driver's License required * Certifications Required: GIS Professional (GISP) preferred ## Description Under the supervision of the IT GIS Manager, the Senior GIS Analyst performs a wide variety of advanced business process, analysis and coordination functions to implement and maintain the integration and functionality of an enterprise Geographic Information System (GIS)., This information is intended to be descriptive of the key responsibilities of the position. The following examples do not identify all duties performed by any single incumbent.
