The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AWS cloud services and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams as needed. Experience with Amazon Connect is highly preferred; however, candidates with a solid AWS background who are eager to learn Amazon Connect are encouraged to apply.
