Design, develop, and implement S/4 Hana Utilities solutions to support the utilities industry's specific requirements. Analyze business processes, configure the SAP modules, develop custom enhancements, integrate with other systems, and provide ongoing support and maintenance. Perform functional reviews, technical high level, and detail level designs, build and review solutions from start to finish. Major Responsibilities * Provides ongoing support and maintenance for S/4 Hana Utilities solutions, troubleshooting issues, resolving incidents, and implementing enhancements as required. * Collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for S/4 Hana Utilities solutions. * Configures the S/4 Hana Utilities module according to business needs, including setting up master data, rates, tariffs, billing cycles, and customer service processes. * Develops custom enhancements and functionalities using ABAP programming, including user exits, customer enhancements, IDOCs, and Business Add-Ins. Integrates S/4 Hana Utilities with other systems and modules, such as SAP C4C, SEW or third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process integration. * Conducts unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions. * Prepares technical documentation, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals. * Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end-users and support teams. * Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure effective solution delivery. * Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
