## Description

The Systems Analyst I will provide advanced systems analysis and engineering support to NOAA. Working under the direction of senior technical and program leadership, this role supports the translation of operational and user requirements into functional requirements and practical solutions that support the planning, development, acquisition, operation, and life-cycle management of NOAA marine, aviation, and associated mission systems.

The Systems Analyst I contributes to complex analytical efforts, ensures quality and compliance across the project life cycle, and supports coordination between technical teams and end users to achieve program objectives., * Translate user and operational requirements into functional requirements and analytical solutions under senior direction.

 * Perform system, equipment, and software analyses to support engineering and operational decision-making.
 * Support engineering and systems analysis activities across design, integration, test and evaluation, and implementation.
 * Review work products and program documentation for accuracy, standards compliance, and adherence to milestones.
 * Coordinate issue resolution and support user satisfaction through effective stakeholder collaboration.
 * Maintain quality and support continuous improvement throughout the project life cycle.
