 * Knowledge of SCADA, BMS, or industrial control systems
 * Certifications: CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, fiber optic credentials

## Description

* Install, terminate, splice, and test fiber optic, copper, and coaxial cabling (inside/outside plant)
 * Rack-and-stack servers, switches, routers, and communication equipment
 * Configure and monitor LAN/WAN networks, network operations, and communications platforms
 * Respond to network or communications outages; troubleshoot and implement corrective actions
 * Maintain system documentation, backups, and compliance with security standards

Military Experience Translation:

 * Cable installation & maintenance
 * Network & communications systems (routers, switches, satellite/RF, NOCs)
 * IT & cyber operations (system administration, network monitoring, security)
