We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient HR Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture Team. This position will be based in their BRAND NEW office in Tampa, FL. There is a hybrid requirement to be on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Day to Day: - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for our Human Capital Management and Payroll, Benefits and Time Management P&C systems. - Maintain and configure HR systems to support business processes including employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and time tracking. - Responsible for ownership of internal MyPMI intranet site.
