## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, or related field
 * Minimum 3 years of project management experience in Health IT or federal IT programs
 * Proficiency in project planning, task tracking, deliverable management, meeting facilitation, and status reporting
 * Experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies
 * Strong organizational and documentation skills for maintaining project records and reporting accuracy
 * Ability to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and align project objectives with organizational goals

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

 * PMP or CAPM certification
 * Agile/Scrum certification
 * Familiarity with SharePoint, MS Project, and collaboration tools
 * Experience supporting congressional inquiries or other high-level federal communications

## Description

Red Pulley Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Health IT Project Manager I to support the ICE Health Service Corps (IHSC) Health Information Technology Unit (HITU) Enterprise Health IT Staffing and Professional Services Support program. This role oversees IT-related projects to ensure adherence to standard processes and project management best practices, performing technical and administrative functions across all phases of the project management lifecycle., * Oversee project management activities for IT and health service projects, ensuring compliance with federal and agency standards

 * Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
 * Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to support program initiatives
 * Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
 * Support responses to congressional inquiries and other high-level communications
 * Provide input for process improvement and policy development
 * Maintain project records and ensure accurate reporting
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with organizational goals
