* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required
 * Related Work Experience: Hotel, Food Service Management, Retail etc.
 * Supervisory Experience: 1-3 Years preferred

This job requires the ability to perform the following:

 * Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
 * Must be self-directed. There is minimal direct supervision.
 * Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
 * Must possess basic computational ability.
 * Ability to spend extended lengths of time viewing a computer screen.
 * Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly.
 * Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.

## Description

* Supervising and overseeing the overnight operations of multiple Outpost locations from a single primary Outpost property
 * Process daily audit procedure and pull daily audit reports

 * Audit and reconcile all revenue postings within Opera
 * Respond promptly to any property emergency situations, contacting Assistant General Manager and General Manager as appropriately needed
 * Validate guest check-in & check out reservations, verifying all arrivals
 * Respond to inquiries from guests in a timely manner via Oracle, GXP, KIPSU, third-party booking platforms, and phone calls from our dedicated Bookings Line
 * Maintain the Postcard Cabins brand voice through all guest communication
 * Respond to ALL guest tickets in a timely manner for supervising Outposts
 * Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team members to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees
