## Description

We're hiring a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support warehouse logistics and inventory operations for a leading manufacturing company. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping/receiving, SAP, inventory reconciliation, warehouse operations, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

 * Process shipping and receiving transactions
 * Reconcile inbound, outbound, and inventory records
 * Monitor shipments and resolve order discrepancies
 * Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers
 * Create and modify deliveries in SAP
 * Track EDI communications and resolve errors
 * Support customer service with shipment status updates
 * Generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas, Pivot Tables preferred)
 * Create purchase orders in Ariba
 * Support inventory management and warehouse reporting
 * Assist with rush orders and shipping schedules
