 * Sehr gutes Verständnis von SAP-Architekturen und SAP-Landschaften (ECC, S/4HANA, Cloud und On-Premise) sowie Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung von SAP-Lösungen
 * Souveränes Auftreten in Workshops und auf Management-Ebene sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
 * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Reisebereitschaft von ca. 20%

## Description

* Bewertung strategischer und fachlicher Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fachbereich, IT und Beratung sowie Entwicklung tragfähiger Zielbilder und technisch belastbarer Lösungen für SAP S/4HANA Transformationen
 * Steuerung anspruchsvoller Transformationsprojekte von Readiness Checks über Migrationsstrategie bis zur Umsetzung in SAP S/4HANA, Cloud oder On-Premise
 * Übernahme von Verantwortung in der fachlichen Projektleitung mit Planung, Steuerung und Qualitätssicherung im Projektverlauf
 * Entwicklung und Steuerung von Business- und IT-Architekturen für Transformationsszenarien
 * Aktive Rolle im SAP S/4HANA Core Team sowie Mitwirkung in Presales- und Angebotsphasen
