* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
 * Berufserfahrung in der Systemadministration, insbesondere mit MS 365 - Anwendungen, Cloud-Diensten und Azure-Betreuung
 * Projekterfahrung wünschenswert
 * Wünschenswerte Zertifizierungen (z.B. Microsoft: Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals), CompTIA Security+, AZ-900, AZ-104, MD-102
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse für techn. Dokumentationen
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
 * Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an neuen Technologien

## Description

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Systemlandschaft
 * Administration der Netzwerkkomponenten, Hardware, Systemupdates und Sicherheitslösungen (Backups, Firewall, Anti Spam-, Anti Viren-Schutz, Azure Komponenten)
 * Fehleranalyse, Störungsbehebung und User Support (1st- und 2nd-Level-Support)
 * Überwachung der Systemverfügbarkeit
 * Benutzer-, Rechte- und Geräteverwaltung im Azure (MS Entra)
 * Sicherstellung von IT-Sicherheitsstandards sowie datenschutzkonformer Prozesse (insbesondere DSVGO)
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Steuerung und Koordination interner sowie externer IT-Dienstleister
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten, inkl. inkl. Monitoring, Evaluation und Reporting
 * Monitoring der Einhaltung von IT-Verträgen
