## Description

Als Teil unseres Teams betreust du unsere Kunden sowohl vor Ort als auch per Fernwartung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb ihrer IT-Systeme.

Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

 * Installation, Konfiguration und Betreuung von Arbeitsplatzsystemen, Servern und IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Planung, Einrichtung und Optimierung moderner Netzwerke
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwarestörungen
 * Wartung, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender IT-Systeme
 * Umsetzung individueller IT-Lösungen entsprechend den Kundenanforderungen
 * Unterstützung bei Netzwerk-, Glasfaser- und Infrastrukturprojekten
 * Dokumentation von IT-Systemen und Projekten
 * Persönliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer Neu- und Bestandskunden
