 * Fundierte Erfahrungen in der technischen Teamleitung, z. B. durch Projektverantwortung, Coaching oder Mentoring sowie Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von Entwicklungsteams von 6-8 Personen
 * Vertrautheit mit agilen Arbeitsweisen wie Scrum und Kanban
 * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten in technischen und wirtschaftlichen Diskussionen
 * Hohe Eigenmotivation, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit, Teams methodisch anzuleiten
 * Du kommst gerne ins Office und bringst dich aktiv ins Teamleben ein

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Rolle des IT-Architekten und Dev Leads für ein Entwicklungsteam im Bereich Verwaltungsdigitalisierung / Public Sector
 * Als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne Teams, Kund*innen und das Management bereitest du komplexe technische Sachverhalte als verständliche Architektur-Narrative und belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen auf
 * Du analysierst Anforderungen und überführst sie in nachhaltige, skalierbare Softwarearchitekturen
 * Zudem erstellst du Aufwandsschätzungen und Kalkulationen für komplexe Anforderungen
 * In enger Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung verantwortest du Entwicklung, Test und Releases in deinem Devteam
 * Du verantwortest die Qualitätssicherung und den Support im laufenden Betrieb
