## About the Role

* Extensive experience in software development leadership roles, particularly in the SaaS domain and ideally in the healthcare industry, with a strong track record of successful delivery in cloud environments.
 * Excellent university degree in computer science, software engineering, medical informatics, or a comparable technical field with very strong academic performance.
 * Strong technical acumen in SaaS architecture, cloud and distributed systems, security, and quality automation, plus a proven track record of driving AI adoption in engineering teams, ideally including hands-on familiarity with Claude Code or similar agentic tooling (agents, skills, workflows, pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering).
 * Deep experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean Management principles and the ability to scale these across multiple teams.
 * Excellent English and very good German; outstanding leadership and communication skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, high innovation drive and proactivity, and a clear alignment with our healthcare purpose and entrepreneurial mindset.
