Responsibilities:

 * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
 * Assist with network configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
 * Support day-to-day IT operations and respond to network-related help desk tickets
 * Assist in managing VPNs, LAN/WAN environments, and wireless networks
 * Perform routine network maintenance, updates, and security patches
 * Document network configurations, changes, and incident reports
 * Collaborate with senior administrators on infrastructure projects and upgrades
