Our integration layer handles catalog synchronization and learner completion tracking across multiple third-party platforms. We need someone who already knows this space. You won't be figuring out how LMS integrations work; you'll be building them from day one. **Engagement type & duration: 3-month, contract-to-hire **Time Commitment: 20-40 hours per week What You'll Do Your responsibilities will span new integration development, maintenance of existing partners, and reliability improvements across the platform. Build new LMS/LXP integrations * Implement integrations with platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Docebo, Oracle Learning, and others as prioritized by the roadmap * Work within our existing Integration framework (Ruby on Rails), following established patterns for catalog building and completion tracking * Handle partner-specific authentication. We've worked with OAuth2, SAML2 assertion-based OAuth, and SFTP to communicate with partner API endpoints.
