* 12+ years of IT experience, mostly in Software AG webMethods applications
 * Strong experience with WebMethods Integration Server (IS), Designer/Developer, Trading Networks (TN), Universal Messaging (UM), and My WebMethods Server (MWS).
 * Extensive experience in B2B/EDI integration, including EDI transaction mapping and processing using X12, XML, and database integrations within WebMethods.
 * Proven experience developing and consuming RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
 * Strong understanding of WebMethods administration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting (Experience supporting production environments and resolving complex integration issues).
 * Experience working on both EAI and B2B integration projects in enterprise environments.
 * Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.
 * 3+ years in DevOps practices
