## About the Role

* 15+ years of Oracle HCM experience.
 * Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll.
 * Experience in Payroll configuration, Fast Formulas, Elements, and Balances.
 * Experience in implementation or support projects.
 * Good understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
 * Experience with integrations and data migration is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

 * Oracle HCM Cloud certification.
 * Experience with Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor.
 * Good communication and client-facing skills.

## Description

We are looking for an Oracle HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and support of Oracle Payroll modules., * Gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll.

 * Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, elements, balances, fast formulas, and payroll processes.
 * Work with HR, Finance, and IT teams to implement payroll solutions.
 * Support Payroll integrations with other systems.
 * Participate in SIT, UAT, and Payroll parallel runs.
 * Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide functional support.
 * Prepare functional documents and training materials.
 * Support production payroll and post-go-live activities.
